Products and Orders

Product Descriptions

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors will accurately reflect the actual products. All products are handmade and may have slight variations.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraud

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products
• Perishable items cannot be returned
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Farm Tours and Events

By booking a farm tour or event, you agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff
• Supervise children at all times
• Not feed animals without permission
• Respect our property and animals

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather or other safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.

Disclaimer

The materials on HoneyDo Farm's website are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, without limitation:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
